What’s wrong with my Golden Orfe?

Just after winter, one of my younger Golden Orfe usually develop fungus, it’s usually on two to three year-old fish and, even though I treat the pond with a fungus and anti-parasite chemical (Blagdon/Interpet) the affected fish invariably dies. Always seems to happen at the start of the warmer weather, which here in the North East UK is about now!

Is my orfe fish healthy?
