How to prepare Tench?

Before you begin preparing tench you need to clean it very thoroughly. First wash the fish under running water. Then carefully pour hot water over it to remove the slime. Then wash it once more with cold water. To prevent the fish from slipping in your hands you can sprinkle it with salt. Next, remove the insides of the fish.

Can you eat Tench fish?
