Parsnip Chips

Parsnip chips are a tasty treat.  Thinly slice them and put them in the oven at 300 degrees.  Take a parsnip or two and slice it thin.  Coat with a tablespoon or two of olive oil and toss ina bowl until covered.  Lay on a thin cookie sheet or pizza sheet and bake at 400 for about 20 minutes give or take a few for the thickness and your oven.

Salt to taste and let cool slightly.  A nice slightly sweet and savory taste.
